But why 2 capitals bro :huh:shy

As Himachal Pradesh Is A Mountaneous State,It Is Difficult For Public To Reach State Capital(Shimla) For Any Govt Related Works

Now,With This Capital Dharamsala,People Who Are Near To This City Can Easily Able To Access And Do All Govt Related Things Bro;)

As Each And Every Thing In India Is Associated With Politics,This Announcement At This Time Is Also A Political Move Only Bro..As In The Last Month Of 2017 i.e December 2017 H.P Going For General Elections

Because December 2017 is near! #ElectionTime

There's a no need of 2nd Capital. Government will waste lot of money to establish 2nd Capital. Instead of wasting huge money, they can invest in Health Sector. Still we don't have good hospitals. Only Chandigarh is option, which is too far when it comes to serious cases.

State is rich in rivers and streams, but people face lot of water problems in summer.

Have roads but not in proper conditions.

Have people with capabilities but there are no any kind of jobs and exposure.

There's no need to invest money for new capital. Dharamshala is the HQ of Distt. Kangra which is the biggest district of Himachal Pradesh having 16 legislative assembly seats out of 68. If you want to come in Government, then you have to win Distt Kangra first. Just to attract few voters, current government is playing such dirty politics.

Both government whether it's BJP or Congress haven't done anything for Himachal Pradesh. Being a small state having 12 districts, both the governments failed to fulfill the basic Aminities.

One government want to acquire HPCA and it's properties and other government when comes to rule they probe against previous CM for laundry cases.

So its full fledged Political Move :wall

Totally agree with you. I was going to post a similar rply but you summed it pretty well! Being a Himachali after first getting to know this on tv, my first reaction was " it is just a stupid decision, wastage of money and all for politics"..
