First thing first, I didn't watch the full video. But talking about possibilities only. I remember one very old clip of him saying 'I didn't complete my schooling' (something like that), clip ended there. The clip uploader wanted to establish, he is not educated. But the full video just reversed the claim.
I just wanted to say: He is not fool to say such things in public.
