Dell inspiron15 charging complaint

I am using Dell inspiron15 laptop . When it connected to power plug , then ac adaptor light blinks ( It lights for 2 seconds and then turing off for 1 second..again lights for 2 second again off and so on)..Can any one help me to understand and recover this problem
