Inspiron 5510 will be better.
It has the latest Intel H series chip, instead of the older G7. Has a better Display. Better Build quality.
But it is also ₹7k extra. So it is upto you to decide.

Dell always good compare to Lenovo as per my experience

It has the latest Intel H series chip, instead of the older G7. Has a better Display. Better Build quality.
But it is also ₹7k extra. So it is upto you to decide.

Money doesn't matter much.
