News has mentioned that also but the Biggest spyware is windows 10, Google Android and chrome browser but nobody cares. It seems we are trusting USA more than China.

We should promote Linux but govt is sleeping. Our BOSS Linux has not got updated from long time and there is no law to regulate Google Android. Android as a open source should not come with Google apps pre-installed in mobile like the Chinese people hv in their country. People should hv other choice of Android also.

The android which your r mentioning here is AOSP.All third party rom use like lineage is etc.this as they don't come with Google apps.The android that Google Samsung etc provides on their mobile are from android alliance group.These contain proprietary drivers.The Aosp based rom was used by a hardware vendor was Nokia before the brand phased out to Microsoft.

Just install a custom ROM.I still use Samsung note 3 and have disabled all Google stuff.But problem is without play services 90% apps won't work.

How many people you think will go and install custom ROM ? That's what is making Google complete monopoly and capture 98% Indian's data and sell for advertising. But we are not concerned. We are concerned only when Chinese company use those data.

So It should have been done by manufacturer by default.

Yes but Google also owns Android and distributes a non proprietary source code to AOSP project. This is similar to chromium vs chrome. Only other alternative I think is Indus is which is Indian and comes preloaded on some desi company devices.
But without Google play services half of the app won't work.

Btw personal data is also collected by Browsers.People use Firefox thinking it to be messiah to save from data collection but in reality Google is the largest contributer to Mozilla and over years Firefox have started to substitute Google API instead of their own in the name of saving cost.

Also IMO custom ROM are also not very safe as they are build by individuals without much or even no code audit for safety.A developer can put a spyware/data collector and can remove it in next update.
