Cyclone Maha, which intensified into the ‘Extremely Severe’ category on Sunday has weakened to Very Severe Cyclonic Storm on Tuesday morning. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported that the storm moved northwards during the past six hours with a speed of 4 kmph. Maha now lies 660 km away from Porbandar in Gujarat.
