Ireland won the second and final one-dayer in the 50-over league in the ICC Intercontinental Cup against Namibia by eight wickets on Tuesday at the Civil Service Cricket Club, Stormont, Belfast.
After opting to bat first, Namibia was bowled out for 175 in 36 overs. Only Louis van der Westhuizen (34) and Nicholaas Scholtz (35) made top contributions in the score.
For Ireland, John Mooney (3-31), Kevin O'Brien (3-50) and George Dockrell (2-26) shared the wickets around.
In its reply, Ireland was well served by skipper William Porterfield (45: 56b, 6x4, 2x6). Later, Alex Cusack made an unbeaten 55 ball 59 with six boundaries and a six. He was helped by Niall O'Brien's unbeaten 38.
Ireland chased down the target in 30.2 overs with eight wickets to spare.
