Liquor shops should be open for 2 hrs daily.
There are so many daily drinkers who are not able to survive due to this , 2 hrs won't make much difference if distance is kept properly.

In that logic I eat panipuris everyday to deal with eating disorder and depression. Shouldn't panipuri stall be allowed. How am I surviving? We all need to sacrifice something for the sake of mankind.

Only way is impose emergency and get military.

People may not like it, but it's for their own future which they would understand at a later stage and would be thankful.

I do not thing anything more can be done by military.
The migrant labourers stays in unhealthy condition generally 8-10 in single room.so there is also chance of community spreading. They buy everything in the city and it is impossible for them to stay in cities without wages.since they are in unorganised sector,they will not get any wages for this period.They may die of starvation . So it is a good idea to send them to their own house In village so that at least they can survive and stop community spreading.
