I think nearby NGOs. If everyone comes forwards and helps their locality. It helps the government too. Sometime we know more about locality than governments. And poor people now desperately wants direct help. You can also contact cops who are feeding the homeless of your area.

Should have completely eliminated GST from hygiene products a month or two ago. No point of doing now as most people would be indoors anyway. The government should make sure those government run ration shops provides hygiene products like soaps and sanitary pads for free along with groceries to poor.

All states doesn't have internet based platform to order groceries. Forget groceries. Medicine orders are getting delayed. Due to non functionality of courier services. Same is the case with rural areas.
