Don't put blame on people what is the So called Avaition ministry doing here ?? What's the role of it ?? instead of stopping them doing send off procedure .. human mentality is selfish but Officials are there to correct them that's why we vote & elected them

There could be multiple variant which hasn't been discovered within our country itself. This is why this is Omnicorn variant not South African variant.
