Ridiculous notification this will help to increase the count why they put epass now why they removing epass now still India not reach its peak count .. Not take any steps to control and not allowing state to do their duty to control .. Ridiculous government on Ridiculous situation .. Then what is the use of implementing lockdown ?? Remove that too

They say local administration cam impose additional measures as per requirement in one side. And here said ther should be no restriction in movement. Then what restriction the willl impose without restriction in movement??
