My college says , there will be no holiday as Govt Circular not reached yet.
and they insisted Every Teacher must attend daily (if there is any holiday)...

Pakistan have other problems to tackle, they might over report the number to get the money as saarc has announced financial assistance and they can do anything to get the money

bro may be but i don't think its relating to that . I think pak is under reporting or they are not quarantine people properly people coming from Iran , there hospital according to news sources doesn't have enough beds , people are made to sit in unhygienic condition which might have resulted it in spreading to more people rapidly . They might be getting visitors from china as they have not banned Chinese visitors from there and as we know they have signed corridor , even their ministers would leave to visit china for meeting but they didnt allowed to evacuate pak citizens from china till now .

all countries which signed for china corridior didnt take quick decision regarding decisions in end end up getting effected by virus epidemic as they didnt want to upset authorities in china by becoming alarmed of situation . ex Italy which has higher cases now. sad reality is all countries are underreporting real cases might be more that is the only reason why they are having shut down in europe and other countrues for restriction of spreading.

one youtuber doctor estimated if we multiply 10 with no. of cases it might reflect real aprox no. of cases ex 165x10= 1650 or 85,000x10= 850000 cases in real . Dr Campbell he is british nurse doctor. he told now we are in delay stage to delay the peak so hospital is not forced to treat huge affected people. we left time to contain we can now only delay and shud work on stopping of spread and working on vaccine.

other thing is less people are screened if screened properly it wud lead to increase in more no. of cases.

‘Only 3 washrooms for 40 people’: Spain-returned woman shares video of COVID-19 quarantine facility in Delhi

“I am really worried as we are all in such close proximity. If there is a person who has been infected, God knows what will happen,” said Navya.

She further complained that they have not undergone any test, even after 12 hours of landing in Delhi.

When asked if the passengers have complained to the authorities regarding the below-par hygiene levels, Navya claimed that they all did but were asked to wait for some time. "No food and not enough water were made available from 1 am to 1 pm," she further said.

What's wrong with these people, complaining is fine but why to tweet on this. Talk to local authorities, they are trying the best and these guys are suppose to be in isolation and they're not patients, what's wrong in doing the cleaning on your own.

Otherwise go for those three hotels for self pay option and opt 5 star hotel facilities launched by Delhi govt.

Dear Member/Affiliate Associations,

Community transmission of Covid-19 is inevitable, experts at India’s top health research body has said. “The virus will behave the same way it has behaved in China. It will follow the same pattern,” Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) Director General Balram Bhargava said. India has a 30-day window to halt the beginning of community transmission, he said. “If we manage 30 days, if community transmission doesn’t happen in the next 30 days, we may be at a good wicket.” Community transmission happens when a patient who is not exposed to anyone known to be infected and has not travelled to countries in which the virus is circulating tests positive for infection.

Experts at the ICMR said there were four states of the disease. Stage 1 is getting imported cases, stage 2 is local transmission, stage 3 is community transmission and stage 4 is when it turns into an epidemic. While, India is at stage 2 now, experts said stern precautions were being taken so that going to stage 3 could be halted. “Taking these precautions will help so we don’t go into stage 3 which has happened in all other countries including Italy, China, the US and Europe. Going to that stag.

The Central Government has declared a national emergency in view of the recommendation of the World Health Organization (WHO) announced Covid-19 as a Global pandemic.

In view of the above, AP core committee has decided to postpone all the scheduled meetings, conferences and interactive meetings with Government and other organizations on various issues for the next 3-4 weeks as a precautionary step to prevent community transmission.
