Why is milk an exception when rice and wheat shops shuts down? Do they think people has ration for next 11 days?

This decision was necessary ..n As far as ration n milk is concerned ..No body buy Ration such as Rice wheat everyday like milk..
N for Apl or Bpl ppl government has made all necessary arrangements to provide sufficient rations for number of times til now..

But even after giving enough time n relaxation for ppl to buy ration n grocery .. ppl were completely misusing all advantage n relaxation n Keep on coming out side in big numbers on road n roaming whole day without any reason...thats why government are compelled to take tough decision..

People of Ahmedabad are at fault here.. They were not following lockdown strictly..
Hence govt now have to make tough decision like this..
