Yes bro. Definitely his tone was wrong no doubts in that. But for a person to change within 2 months ( he came to India in Feb) his tone speaks that he is under pressure from his citizens. The situation in NY is not that good, and he wants to show his people he is doing something.

They tried stopping exports of PPE from their manufacturers, yet they want other countries to export to them. After things settle, US will have less power in the world than past.
