with the sudden rise of cases specially from Kerala and Maharashtra, i guess now only option left is impose military rule so that people stay indoors.

Its better for police to handle this. Spike in number of cases is expected with ramp up in testing and stage 3 characteristics.... Very close monitoring is needed, especially now
