JAIPUR: An assistant sub-inspector of Rajasthan Police was on Sunday held while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 25,000 in Sriganganagar district.
ASI Ayuvan Singh had allegedly demanded the bribe from a person for not seeking police remand for him from court in a land-related case, anti-corruption bureau sources said, adding he had already taken Rs 30,000 and was demanding Rs 25,000 more.
