As promised, i am starting a 24 hours dedicated personal computer helpline, with both voice and sms services. The helpline will deal with both hardware as well as software troubleshooting and solutions....
The Helpline will be operational from 11th december 2011, 24 hours a day, and will cater to the needs of all computer users.
This is my second helpline service, after the successful launch of dish tv 24 hours helpline service. Hope i will get support and suggestions from other members in the forum, to make the forum more supportive and lively, by introducing this kind of helpline services to interact directly with customers and helping by giving them direct suggestions and troubleshooting problems...
