Sad News Chromecast not working since wednesday morning

I haven't been able to use my chromecast devices since wednesday morning. Suddenly all cast supporting apps stopped showing the chromecast icon. Google has acknowledged that this issue has been affecting Google Home and Chromecast devices worldwide and they are working on a fix.

Yes.yesterday i tried a lot to cast . But cast option was not showing on YouTube.
I thought it was a problem in my phone or chromecast.
But how can all chromecast support go down at once?
