Checked plans in Airtel app but new connection request placed

As usual, airtel being unethical. I was just exploring the plans in Airtel (No) Thanks app. Even to check plans, it was asking my location and everything. I checked the plan and exited. Now I got an SMS saying request placed. Seriously?

It's not just me. Everyone faces this issue. App has no way to cancel the request. Had to tell the agent that I didn't request when he called.

This happens to me everytime, when I try to check the plans. And the same guy Vinoth try to contact me for connection.

This is the same guy who stopped answering my call for deposit refund, after he falsely booked the connection few months ago promising fiber is available for my location but later denied.

Now it my turn... Every few days I intentionally check plans, and this same guy try to reach, to book connection, which I keep rejecting... I am Enjoying it in a way... sweet revenge

Yeah same here. Had to cancel it once the request was raised.
