GoJavas Files Cheating And Fraudery Complaint Against Snapdeal Founders, Vulcan Express; Snapdeal To Initiate ‘Strict’ Legal Action


Gurugram-based Quickdel Logistics which owns logistics venture GoJavas has filed a fresh complaint against Jasper Infotech owned ecommerce firm Snapdeal and its logistics subsidiary Vulcan Express. Reportedly, Anand Rai, founder of GoJavas has alleged Snapdeal founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal for the criminal breach of trust, cheating, intellectual property theft, theft of trade secrets and data and misappropriation of funds, among others.

The complaint was filed with the Delhi Police’s Economic Offences Wing (EOW) on October 25, 2017. As stated by Rai in a media statement, “We expect a First Information Report to be filed over the next few days. There has been a breach of trust, and they have maligned the name of GoJavas.“
