Happy New Year 2025 everyone.

From today morning there is absolutely no network in BSNL at our locality. 2G-3G-4G nothing. Seems like BSNL is giving happy new year greetings in their own way.

How can this network be trusted?

Tower coming but no incoming call till now only outgoing started 3 hours ago

Even I faced the brunt of this! So much so that it compelled me to switch operators now. Hopefully june 2025.

oh got it, what I meant was that after june 2025 maybe the BSNL 4G services will start to get better as claimed by our telecom minister. But till that time I had to switch it up.

From today onwards our very next door BSNL telephone exchange’s rooftop tower’s 4G got switched on. Now getting very very good & strong 4G signal inside house (RSRP -65, RSRQ -7, SINR 17 & RSSI -59).

Speed is 20 to 25 Mbps download & 8 to 10 Mbps upload on 2100 MHz band in 4G.

Volte still not enabled.

Let’s see how it goes. It remains to be seen how the coverage will be in upcoming days. I get good 4G signal because I’m sitting literally beside the 4G tower. In other places how much is the coverage will determine bsnl’s future.

No way to know. My handset is capable of 4G @ 700mhz but currently it is catching only 5mhz of 2100mhz band on 4G.
