107,108 plans discountinued for new customers FRC, last time when family member purchased sim he said only 200 or 250 plan available for FRC.

As I know about "Azadi ka Mahotsav" offer I went to nearby BSNL office yesterday to verify and they told that offer does not reflect on their system but they about know this offer and told me to visit next day when the offer gets reflected.

Ordered sim online doing kyc as I randomly have stopped receiving calls unless I am connected to wifi on Jio. Is this plan applicable? Can I do recharge with FRC online? I don't need it for ₹1. I am willing to buy other plans. Problem is local retailer is forcing two month plan.
