New connection (new sim)

BSNL doesn't start your service immediately after you get network on your new sim

You have to recharge with FRC

Usually it costs 107,108 minimum (per sec and per min plan respectively)

Now they are providing new prepaid connection with just 1 rs FRC for first month after that you can avail any validity extension recharge of your choice

Good to gain some new customers but basically this number are gonna be ported to other networks soon 😁 Worst network only 2G works , Data is working only in market not indoor. Voice quality also Worst in 4G signal. Hope BSNL install more 4G towers for better indoor connectivity.

Yes bro they lost many customers in june month thats why they giving this type of offers.

Also i am bsnl 4g data user they provide 18-20 mbps speed ( 2-3 mb/s download speed) at my home and 4-5 mb/s download speed at my office area

So bsnl is totally area and coverage dependent.

That 2-3 mbps is totally fine with browsing or scrolling reels on Instagram.

Also worth to mention bsnl 4G is unlimited data with no restrictions or daily FUP.

I don't think so it's unlimited. I have one number with 485 rupees recharge, 2GB per day, after daily data consumption speed gets reduced to 40kbps. It works like 2G speed.

107,108 plans discountinued for new customers FRC, last time when family member purchased sim he said only 200 or 250 plan available for FRC.
