Haptic feedback is enabled on this phone or disabled? Haptic feedback means the vibration when we press Back/Recent/Home buttons.

Also Keyboard button tap gives vibration or its disabled?

No bro, haptic feedback means you'll feel little vibration when you press back, recent, back button or type.
If you're using Samsung keyboard, you'll see a gear icon on keyboard. Tap that and then go to 'keyboard layout and feedback' --> key-tap feedback --> Check if vibration option is there or not.
I'm using Android 8.1 so it might be little different.

I think this phone doesn't support haptic feedback . I'm not sure though.
