For last all blast they have blamed R&AW so Don't worry, Pak will blame R&AW and shout allover the world for this blast also but cannot produce proof just wait and watch.
I think their main instability is bcoz of continuous religious attack on minority people in Pak. In last few months they have banned Basanta Festival and Valentines day on Un-Islamic ground. So minority people should get ready that in next few years they will ban all Un-Islamic festival like X-mas, New year celebration, all Hindu and Sikh festivals etc.
