I don't know about this card but on the Amazon Pay ICICI card its works like if you fuel of Rs1000 then at that time it will get charged Rs1010 from your card with 1% surcharge but after 24-48 Hours they refund that 1% except for GST of that 1%. So you get a refund of Rs.9 something.

Then there is no benefit in paying through Credit card. If i pay by cash/UPI, then it will be only 1000.
