Which is the best Parental Control app for Android phones? I want an app which can restrict children from browsing adult sites, installing adult apps, watching adult videos in YouTube app, etc.

Lock all browser(s), play store, google, youtube, music streaming apps and social media sites on phone. Install YouTube Kids and Voot Kids. Install only ad free mobile games. Would also suggest to enable safe search on Google which solves half of your problem.

There are many. The one from Kaspersky seems best.
