Best Low Cost CDMA Mobile?

Using Micromax C260 @Rs 1899. But this is not good phone for personal talks as its sound is too big/ Earpiece and Speaker sound both are almost same.

Any low cost handset from Samsung? How to unlock Samsung B229/ B339 ?
