The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued invitation to tender (ITT) for title sponsorship rights for home series tournaments comprising international as well as domestic matches for the period 2015–19.

The rights on offer include the right to brand the relevant series, including title sponsor logo inclusion, official designation as the title sponsor of the relevant international or domestic series, visibility at the stadium, and a host of other rights.

The tender document will be available at the BCCI headquarters from 22 June to 28 July for Rs 2 lakh to be paid vide a demand draft payable at Mumbai or Chennai.

Only parties that have purchased the tender document are entitled to participate in the tender process. Mobile handset manufacturer Micromax is the incumbent home series sponsor, having bagged the rights for the 2014–15 season for Rs 2 crore (Rs 20 million) per match.

Prior to Micromax, Star India was the home series sponsor till March 2014. Incidentally, Star was also paying Rs 2 crore (Rs 20 million) per match.
