My decision would be Six, because fielder was outside the rope when he did the second jump.

It was given out, but it should be Six IMO.
As per rule, fielder jumping off ground outside boundary area and flicking ball inside isn't allowed (it will be declared six).
Edit: going through the rule book, it's OUT, since the fielder's first touch with the ball is within boundary line.
