Australia and US are also looking for banning Chinese app.
TikTok denied over Australia ban but, about US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that might be looking for banning chinese app including TikTok.
 
Chinese Internet giant ByteDance is considering changing the corporate structure of its popular short-video app TikTok, as it comes under intense scrutiny in India and the US.

Senior executives are discussing options such as creating a new management board for TikTok or establishing a headquarters for the app outside of China to distance the app’s operations from China, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.

To me it makes no difference. Since the investors are still gonna be from China who are obligated to follow Chinese Law.
 
These 59 apps not available in playstore, but lite versions of some apps are still available.

Ex. Likee lite, shareit lite
 
Seems like WeChat is still working, despite the ban!
