Yes. Our Problem is earlier railway ministers were busy in vote bank politics, no investment in LHB coaches. If there were LHB coaches then there will not be any death at all.

What about those earlier ministers who authorised the launch of these trains with non-LHB coaches ? Since 2000, these LHB is with Indian Railway, then why we are still running trains on non-LHB coaches and reserve these LHB only for premium trains? :dodgy
