Aviate, the smartphone launcher from Yahoo has beenupdate with a new feature that makes it even more smart. Dubbed as ‘Smart Screen”, the feature replaces Spaces and gives the app a redesigned look.
Smart Screen surfaces relevant information front and center so you can take action right away. It adjusts the content it surfaces throughout your day, based on where you are and what you are doing, allowing us to guide you to the information you want. The Smart Stream learns from your habits and offers personalized results. The latest update takes a cue from Google Now and offer various cards throughout the day based on your location and preferences.
The feature surfaces information on restaurants and live scores in cards, and also brings music-related apps upfront when headphones are plugged in among other functions.
