In order to reduce its post sales service turnaround time and provide its customer quick redressal of queries, Asus India has appointed four regional service partners who will be known as Asus Service Partners (ASPs). These partners are Datamation in Guwahati, Modi Infosol in New Delhi, Aldous in Cochin and Careoffice in Ahmedabad.
“We have appointed the four Asus Service Providers to get the benefit of their strong network as well as to leverage the services of their engineers. This will certainly help us to provide quick redressal of customer queries. In addition, this will also help us in reducing our turnaround time and further expand our reach in smaller cities and towns,” said Alex Huang, Country Head, Asus India.
As part of the alliance, the four ASPs will oversee service support for Asus’s range of notebooks and netbooks. In addition to expanding its geographical reach, Asus has been focusing on providing after sales support to its customers across the country.
“We started with a vision to become a leading distributor for state of the art technology products. This tie up with Asus gives us the opportunity to showcase our services capability and to offer real benefit to our customers,” said Hemant Shah, Chairman, Careoffice.
