According to some people Rohit Sharma has won ipl trophy 5 times so he is good captain
Again they say that playing IPL is ruining our country's cricket

His captaincy skills were seen in IPL & that's what I'm saying about. Not only IPL, he even won all the tournaments in which he captained India apart from this years Asia cup.

Giving over preference to IPL is ruining our cricket & I never said playing IPL is causing troubles. Check before you comment.

We making bumrah as an invincible bowler but he played 5 iCC trophy tournament but not able to deliver when needed at knockout stage or big final
For me it was better if We groom other bowler but We always stick to the process.

That's what I was also saying regarding experience players causing troubles during important matches.

Experienced players causing troubles is not a new thing. What about CT 2017 Final, WC 2019 SF, T20 WC first two matches, WTC Final? How was the team environment then? Where was that collective team performance?

Indian selectors should be blamed every third day when a series start we got a new captain nowadays which disjoint bonding between captain and coach now if we get captain every odd series newly appointed captain wants to became full time captain and not want to play another captain's Shadow I assume how many t20i match Rohit captain after appointed as a full time captain and he and Dravid work together so they make a set plan.

Different captains for many series wasn't needed.

I want Rohit stay as a captain and Dravid as a coach till they grow up stronger bond which helps make them a perfect Xi t20i plan

That's only the solution and changing captaincy everytime won't bring anything good.

IPL is important for local players to prove their talent, but some gap (1 month) shall be given to play International cricket after each IPL. ODIs to be ruled out between Tests and T20s.

National players like KOHLI and Sharma should not play IPL, Only youngsters who are seeking place in national team should play IPL
