TENDER NOTICE
INVITATION TO TENDER (“ITT”)
FOR
MEDIA RIGHTS PACKAGE TO THE ASIA CUP TOURNAMENTS 2016-2023

Asian Cricket Council Ltd., (“ACC”) has published an ITT for certain Media Rights relating to the (1) Asia Cup Tournament and its qualifier, (2) Women’s Asia Cup Tournament, (3) U19 Asia Cup Tournament and (4) Emerging Asia Cup Tournament (jointly referred to as the “Asia Cup Tournaments”), scheduled to be held from 2016 to 2023.

The Media Rights Package available for exploitation is as follows:

All territories globally: Television, Audio, Internet and Mobile rights (as defined in the ITT Document).

The terms and conditions governing the submission and evaluation of Bids including eligibility requirements and performance obligations are contained in the ITT Document which will be available for collection by interested parties (against a formal request letter on official letterhead) at the ACC Office at 80 Raffles Place, # 58-01 UOB Plaza 1, Singapore 048624, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 9th November 2015 until 20th November 2015. Interested entities may also write to the ACC by email addressed to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] attaching a signed letter on official letterhead requesting for a copy of the ITT Document. The ITT Document will be made available to interested parties on prior payment of USD 2,500 (United States Dollar Two Thousand Five Hundred) by such interested parties by way of bank transfer to the following account:

Interested parties shall before collecting the ITT Documents, whether in person or through a request sent via email, as detailed above, write to the ACC by email addressed to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected] attaching therein the proof of deposit of the amount of USD 2,500 into the Bank account detailed hereinabove.

Bids are to be submitted in person at 3:00 PM on 28th November 2015 at a meeting of the Asia Cup Tender Evaluation Committee or any other committee appointed by the ACC Board to be held at Grand Hyatt Hotel, 10 Scotts Road, Singapore or any other place informed by the ACC at which time it is intended that the Bids will be opened, evaluated and the Tender awarded in the presence of Bidders.

The ACC reserves the right, as per its discretion, to cancel or amend the entire bidding process at any stage and to reject any and all bids without being obliged to assign any particular reason for the same. This notice and its contents are only for informational purposes.

Neo is out the equation. Because they need atleast $2500 to participate in the bidding process. I have my doubts!
