If dhoni removed from team right now all advertisements will go off within a month time.They will sign a new player instead of him.This is what happens with all popular players

1.Dinesh is himself living in identity crises (between batsman & Wk) Dinesh will be in my team but as a batsman.
2. Saha-good keeper but not fit for one day. (Serious work needs to be done on batting)
3.Rishab pant good batsman but as WK no match for dhoni.(as long as dhoni is there no chance for him)

Dhoni will be there in WC 2019 for sure, He himself may retire after that.

The only option we should look after dhoni is pant but after wc 2019.

Dhoni is great Aid not only for bowler in DRS but also for captain.

Just remember we lost 5-0 in England and 5-0 in Australia during his captaincy.
Dhoni maintained his captaincy with strong team which was constructed by Ganguly.
