It's not about 1st or 2nd position. After SL's elimination, Ban and Afg are the two teams qualified for Super 4, irrespective of today's match result between them.
If you're thinking that A1 vs B2 and A2 vs B1 (semi-finals), it's not like that.

And, its not Star Sports who decided who will be in the second position. It's ACC that revised the earlier schedule and gave out new fixtures barring the previous format.

star showed it yesterday but this news had come many days before i had read it in newspaper they gave the reason that inadians fans are more there so indian match should be played in dubai irrespective of they finish first or second because it has large seating capacity so they will get more profit. but for profit they should not do these things

I was watching matches in hotstar where they are showing less ad in between the overs I was able to hear lot of Tamil songs in the ground
