One of the solution is ,have covered roof grounds.. ppls comes in thr stadium by buyin ticket to see thr national/ fav team . To cheer but sometimes these kinds of situations.. even many ppls tries reach home to catch the match on tv & all they get is this.. it's better to build covered roof in ground ..
