This case is especially pertaining to Apple’s 2012 and 2013 versions of MacBook Pros. However, Apple has an excellent customer-service solution to this problem. The Cupertino-based firm is apparently offering users with a brand new replacement for (2012 and 2013 editions) MacBook Pros, if their notebooks are experiencing irresolvable battery or any other component issue.
