Apple has released the first public beta version of macOS 10.13.4. The new public beta comes three days after the release of macOS 10.13.3 which includes security improvements and a fix for Messages bugs.

The new version of macOS High Sierra includes:

• New Privacy explainer included in macOS
• 32-bit app warning starting now
• New ‘Ink Cloud’ wallpaper on all Macs, previously iMac Pro only
• iBooks still iBooks, now Books on iOS 11.3
• Messages in the Cloud is opt-in on High Sierra, requires checking a box

In my company, lots of users facing an issue after upgrading to 10.13.3 from 10.13.2 like boot failure, slow laptop etc.
even my laptop stop working suddenly after upgrade. I downgraded to basic 10.13 which works good for me.
