So it's limited to TV? or does Animax have a VOD service as well for Online Streaming?
TV only. Animax has VOD service for Malaysia only i.e on Astro Malaysia. Maybe for Taiwan and Singapore also...
Packages, rights differs, the company which bids more gets the rights.

If it's TV only, then the digital rights could be sold to someone else. Or does it not work like that?
Also, anime of which iQIYI owns the rights (like Jujutsu Kaisen, Haikyuu, The Day I Became a God, etc), are they online exclusive OR they are aired in some TV channel as well?

Mostly whatever Animax acquires they keep one year exclusive. First time in history Re Zero S2 was shared with iQIYI.. I guess some rights are for TV exclusive for limited time after that those shows can be uploaded on Muse Asia, Ani-One Asia. Like Animax aired In Search of the Lost Future, Unbreakable Machine Doll etc now after their rights from Animax got expired they were streaming on You Tube.

Which channel or OTT platform has English dubbed Anime movies, mainly Studio Ghibli movies?

What have you guys been watching this season?
My list is pretty long:
  1. DanMachi S3
  2. Jujutsu Kaisen
  3. Haikyuu: To The Top - 2
  4. Fire Force S2
  5. Noblesse
  6. ToniKawa
  7. Mahouka S2
  8. Talentless Nana
  9. The Day I Became a God
  10. Moriarty the Patriot
  11. Maoujou no Oyasumi
  12. Akudama Drive
  13. Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - Gou
  14. Majo no Tabitabi
I have kept Higurashi Gou on hold for some time, while I watch the Original Higurashi & also Umineko, since the creators announced that it's not a remake/reboot afterall (?). And the opening also shows characters from Umineko.

Anyways, so many good anime this season. 👌🏻
