Bro it's expensive . They have not yet officially launched in India.. So for now they will allow animes which are owned by them like Life Lessons with Uramichi Onisan, Kageki Shoujo, Koi Kimo etc which are available in India.

Japanese distributors don't care about popularity in every region. Rates are same, One Piece is not owned by any distributor in Southeast Asia, South Asia. So Bilibili had to go for Japanese source Toei Animation and they purchased at expensive rate.. Since they purchased all 980+ episodes, Movies etc..

I think Bilibili has got tons of animes in package with One Piece from Toei Animation. Soon they will add Dragon Ball Series and movies also.. Technically nothing is expensive for Bilibili though, they're backed by Tencent, Sony, US tech firms etc.

Yes, Bilibili wants to be no.1 dominant anime freemium platform in Southeast Asia after conquering China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Detective Conan, Dragon Ball, Gintama and Bleach are pending to be added.
Gintama and Bleach are owned by Ani-One.
Detective Conan is owned by Mighty Media and available on their rival app Viu..
So Bilibili will definitely add it soon. Since Tencent also added Dragon Ball GT, Dragon Ball Super on WE TV SEA.
