Android 10 or 11 matter at all when custom ROM is using by vendor with custom skin ?
I mean I m using Xiaomi device with MIUI skin , I can't understand what's the difference between android 8 or android 9.
I can only see visible changes when they update MIUI from 8 to 9 to 10
