It has nothing to do with Indian Government bro. Twitter has 2-factor authentication already. Moreover Twitter is US based. So you probably need to put blame on US Govt. rather than Indian.

Aadhaar isn't safe - can't disagree however Twitter account getting hacked can't be compared to Indian government security.
