Following Flipkart, Amazon India has now announced its second sale this festive season – the ‘Great Indian Festival that will be running from October 25-28. The tagline for the sale is “There are deals, and then there are lightening deals”. These deals will be available for a short duration of time, and need to be claimed before the timer on them runs out.

According to Amazon, there are the five steps that will help you ‘claim a great lightening deal’ before it vanishes. Here is how:

1) Sign into your Amazon account, and go straight to the Lightening Deals widget

2) You can filter all the products by category

3) Each deal has a timer ticking below it, which will tell you until how long it will remain valid

4) A bar below the item also shows how many items are left in the deal (For Example: 70% sold)

5) If the product you are shopping for is unavailable, simply sign up to the waiting list for it (You will get a notification on your phone, the moment the deal becomes available).

After a customer adds the deal to the cart, they have 15 minutes to complete the transaction.
Amazon is offering an additional 15 per cent cashback for customers using SBI bank debit and credit cards

Here are the top deals available on Amazon right now:

1) iPhone 6 (Space Grey, 128GB) is now available at Rs 46,999

2) Sony Xperia XA Dual smartphone is now priced at Rs 16,733 (20 per cent discount)

3) Asus Zenfone 2 is available at Rs 15,999 (28 per cent discount)
