Yes. I use "AllScreen".
It is available on the fire store & google play store.
It can play in 1080p an 5.1 Dolby audio (provided that the local video file also has 5.1 dolby audio)

Use Plex media server or twonkey media server

Yes.. I directly cast it from my phone. No other app required if your phone supports casting.

if I am not wrong , miracast may be the correct option as I do miracast from redmi note 5 pro to firetv
