One update: The Cast option from Youtube app will certainly not work now as it requires YouTube app on FireTv.
But if your phone has Miracast, one can cast the phone on FireTv and watch YouTube easily. Abhi i have not installed my Tv, once installed, i will confirm it.
Meanwhile, if anyone can confirm this, it will be great. Just remove the YouTube app from Fire Tv and cast it.

That way even android users can use screen mirroring to chromecast and load the amazon prime video app to watch videos on the Tv screen. The point is about the lack of a seamless video casting experience without having to resort to such measures.

*Bought Fire stick for a friend, it's his requirements.
