I connect them to Sony home theater which has 3 HDMI in and from HT to TV.

There isn't any loss of video quality when connecting the devices through HT instead of connecting it directly to TV ?

No loss. Only problem is my HT doesn't support 3D. So if I have to watch 3D content, I need to connect directly to the TV!
