Sharing a useful trick
If your stick remote showing battery offline and changing battery doesn't working then you can just clean metalic part of remote using little vinegar and dry it with cloth. After that put remote battery and it will work again.

Note: this trick are shared on internet earlier and I personally tested and its working

Hi, I'm using Fire TV stick 4K max. In that SUN NXT app only not working from last month onwards.
Whenever I was open the app, it is showing "user authentication error".
Many times I was contact to Customer care but no use.
And also I did all the corrective actions like update Fire stick, uninstall, reinstall and restart.
But still this issue not resolved.
Other all apps are working very fine.(I was subscribing all apps individually)
Pls any solution for this.
